All about them Podcasts!

I am an Itinerant Special Education Teacher. That means I am on the road A LOT driving from one school to the next, not to mention I have a 45 minute – 1 hour commute. Podcasts have become my lifesavor… literally! To be honest… I think the only time I really listen to the radio now, is when someone else is in the car with me πŸ™‚ As I don’t think my boyfriend would be all that excited to listen to a podcast about “Youthful glowing skin.” If you haven’t jumped on the podcasts bandwagon yet… do it! They have a wealth of information. Also you get to hear about other people’s life experiences, tips and tricks. As they say… learn from other people’s mistakes! I think that’s a saying… right?

Nevertheless, they will motivate and influence you to make better changes in your life πŸ™‚ I continously find new people I want to follow, books I want to read, motivation to try a new workout or inspiration to get myself back into those morning green smoothies! I might also add they are great to help make time go by fast for a long road trip or a thirty minute session on the stair master that can usually will feel like two hours!

My favorite podcasts right now :

The Skinny Confidential is a great podcast because it has a little bit of everything! The hosts are a married couple, so you get two perspectives. She also has an amazing blog #bloggoals.

If you are stuck in a rut and need motivation to make some changes in your life, Bucci Radio is a great podcast to listen to! I learn SO much and I am always left motivated after listening to her. #speakinggoals. Check out her website here.

Well-Fed Women used to be a Paleo based podcast. However, like so many of us , as we continue in our journey through life we change. They are still pretty paleo based but they offer so much more through answering questions from their subscribers. There are so many time I’ll hear a question from someone who has written in to their show and I’ll I’m like, “That’s me!” While I have been working on cutting meat out, I still enjoy their chit chat and hearing Noelle’s new stories about motherhood. #motherhoodgoals. You can also check out their website here.

Hope you get a little something by listening to these podcasts πŸ™‚ Again, I am always looking/going through new podcasts, These are three that have stuck. As I fall upon new ones that I enjoy, I will make sure to share! If anyone else has any podcasts they listen to feel free to share as I would love to check them out!
