What does it look like?
You will download the app. You will log all your information in the app throughout the week. Through the app you will receive your workout program.
The app provides the ability to track your progress in weights and body composition, as well as any goals or habits you would like to work on! Every week during check-ins we will go over the workouts and make any specific adjustments that need to be made!
