It’s not as simple as workout and restrict. We focus on a lifestyle change. What small tweaks can we make to help you achieve long term health upgrades that help you feel confident, energetic, and empowered! I want you to be strong, be fit and be healthy.
We will focus on what we can ADD to your routine and lifestyle vs. restrict. We are in it for the long-haul.
This is not for you if you are looking for a quick fix. You have to be willing to get a little uncomfortable and have some patience, but I'll be there along the way to support you, problem solve and tweak.
Workouts are strength based and focus on progression and progressive overload that is individualized to you, your needs, goals and equipment you have available.
Don't like circuits? We will create an effective workout plan that doesn't involve circuits. No jumping? No problem. We will modify plyometric exercises to fit your level. You only have 30 minutes and can only workout 2 times a week? No problem! We will create 2 full body workouts and add some extra movement in. As you complete these workouts you will feel stronger and build confidence along the way.
These workouts are fluid to meet your needs and can be changed or tweaked as needed.
We will work together to incorporate healthy eating habits. This is not about restricting. I want you to feel satiated and not deprived. This is not for you if you want calculated macros. You will send pictures of your meals through the app and we will work together to create balanced meals.
I am here to help and support you and cheer you on along the way! You CAN do this! Weekly check-ins give us a time to connect and make sure your needs are getting met.
The support will help you along and keep you accountable, keeping you consistent. You have video demonstrations and form checkpoints to help build your confidence in yourself as well as educate you on the things you’ll take with you for the rest of your life. There are multiple ways to have check-ins and we can find what best fits your lifestyle from Zoom calls, Facetime, email, or through in app messaging.
For women who are looking to create long term lifestyle changes. To make realistic and attainable changes to their lifestyle to feel healthier, set a good example for their kids, be a better partner, feeling confident and productive throughout their day!
This program is not for you if you are looking for a quick fix, looking to count macros, your only reasoning is to lose weight.
